I made an appointment at 17.30, I came 5 minutes early. They asked if I wanted any drinks, but didn't give me the tea I asked. They made me wait until 18.00, so half an hour without anything - I had to ask how much longer I would have to wait. By then I wanted to ask for my money back so I could go home, but didn't. I told him I wanted more structure and less poofiness, but not cutting off too much. He cut it too short and he styled it like an 80s perm and the back looks weird. I want to cry.

Niet wat ik verwacht had. De salon is versleten en vies, de kappers zijn niet bijzonder vriendelijk. Het kapsel voor deze prijs is verschrikkelijk, ik zie eruit als een wolf. Ik had het zelf beter kunnen doen. Uiteindelijk heb ik zelfs meer betaald dan online vermeld, omdat mijn haar vijf minuten verwoed werd geföhnd.
