Never had such a terrible experience in waxing.. The waxing techniques were not professional and I felt unwell leaving this place. The room was not so clean and the sink in the same room was dirty (full of makeup products opened and makeup splashes..). Not a comfortable area and no conversation with Gisele, I wished she checked on me some times for temperature etc. The whole experience was painful even though I am used to waxing.
