A treatment with Ioana is such a bless and gift to yourself. Her kind and gentle approach is nourishing and she has great knowledge of the Ayurveda to share, customized to your personal circumstance. I always return much grounded and very relaxed from her treatments. I can highly recommend Ioana at Flow to Balance.
