I’ve been coming to this salon quite a while now and was happy to have found a place to trust after really bad experiences! Then suddenly I book an appointment that I cannot pay online - change of policy maybe, ok. The day of my treatment, we discuss the plan & I know my hair is a bit dry at the ends but I get no warning whatsoever. Then when the foil comes off, I see my ends and at least 5cm, like elastic rubber, basically burned! It’s not even properly addressed and I got offered a quick cut (I hadn’t booked one but maybe that was the way of addressing the damage that was done?) but I didn’t have the time. I’m already very sad then comes the payment - 120 or 130€, I also got charged the “mask” of the washing and about 30 euros more than the price I’ve paid all the other times with the same hair length, about coloring. Basically we can’t pay online anymore so you can make blind profit with no care for your loyal customers and their past experiences, plus charge me for a “care treatment” even though my hair got burned off. I really want to give this place another go but I’m honestly not sure if I can trust again. For the sake of not sounding too harsh, the color was pretty ok and the staff as always, as kind as they can be.

Prima knipbeurt, niks mis mee, maar had een herenkapper die echt goed knipte voor zelfde bedrag (merkte dit vooral ook aan dat anderen het zien), die er helaas niet meer is maar die helaas ook nog niet geëvenaard is dus
