Yet again, it was a great experience. Although communication could have been a bit better, I booked the exact same process (roots & highlights) but the hairdresser thought it was best to not do the roots but start the highlights higher. The result was great, but the half bottom portion of my hair was left untouched - when with the same booking, highlights were done there as well last times. I like the result, I only wish communication was better since the process changed but the price remained the same. Definitely coming back though!
