I didn’t appreciate that in the website the price was 12 euros but in the end of the treatment I was charged 14,5 without previous notice. Very unprofessional and even though the haircut was nice i think this is not the right way to treat your customer.

Sudden 25% price increase is unacceptable. Early bird for men haircut is now 25eur, and normal rate 36eur. Absurd to run a business in such a greedy way and expect customer loyalty.
I used to enjoy going here, but I will not come back anymore, despite the skilled and friendly staff. Very disappointed !
