I am very disappointed by the cut, I don't think it was done by a professional and I am afraid it was cut by a trainee or a very new employee without telling me first. I do not know what to do with my hair now, it looks very bad and I can not cut more because she already made it too short... I also get a treatment, instead of defining my curls it made my curls straighter, and now I am struggling while I style it.
