When I book through Treatwell the last 2 visits, they say it is more expensive when I get there - for both my nails and eyelashes they said I had not paid enough on line. Also, they have my booking from Treatwell but then they ask me to show that I have paid - it never seems easy to find this on my phone. Why don’t they know that I have paid? They asked for proof of how much I paid and when eventually I find the amount they say it isn’t enough. They did do threading which I also paid for

Heel chagerijnige dame! Kon geen lachje of sorry vanaf toen ze me een paar keer echt pijn deed tijdens het schuren. Ze ging zuchten van ergenis. Terwijl ík pijn had! Ik heb niks verkeerd gedaan maar ze liet blijken van wel. Beetje nare en onbeleefde behandeling. Ik kom best vaak, goed betalende klant. Weet niet of ik nog eens terug ga. Er is maar 1 iemand aardig daar in mijn optiek, daar heb ik een pedicure van gehad en dat was wel prettig.
