The lady didn’t speak at all English so I had to ask her what to do in my broken Dutch. The nails were ok but she cut my cutticles too much so I have now wounds on my fingers. The color is pretty but communication was very hard as I don’t speak Dutch and she kept insisting to communicate with me in Dutch after I told her numerously times I don’t understand. I also had to wait 15 minutes to be seated and had to ask for someone to take me as no one was paying attention to me.
