The treatment was perfect, the colour was on point, exactly as I asked, even the cutting is really really good and finally a hairdresser in eindhoven that knows how to WASH hair. Personnel is very kind and they always keep an eye on you. Unfortunately, I had to wait more than 1 hour with respect to my reservation (but I got a small discount for that, and I am thankful). That's the only reason I didn't give a Perfect grade. As a hairdresser, the best!

Afspraak gemaakt voor 1/2 highlights met Ola Plex. Na 5 uur in de stoel gezeten te hebben, heb ik salon verlaten 182 euro lichter, met 3cm korter haar (gevraagd om puntjes bij te knippen niet meer dan 1cm) en onzichtbare highlights ( mijn haar valt anders dan waar de highlights zijn ingezet). Kleur van de highlights is heel mooi maar omdat ze niet zichtbaar zijn is dit uit eindelijk ook geen plus punt.

Super goed behandeld goede service leuk personeel. Toen ik aangaf het toch iets anders te willen is dat ook meteen gedaan. Ik kom zeker terug
