To put it in simple terms, I've never looked better! Hair cut & color both suit me very well, and after the bleaching, my hair is basically as healthy as it was before, which is a first for me. Also, saying this as someone who isn't very talkative, I did have an enjoyable convo with Nikolas, who in addition to being a professional by default, is very trustworthy and amiable.
