I had appoiment at 16:00. Made effort to be in time, then i had to wait 50 min until i had my haircut. Then to find out that the "kapper" i made the appoiment quite his job. Then the new lady cut my hair but felt like it was doing it for the first time, like no experience. Then she ask me to give me a nice look ( was or gel) but when she finished was really terrible. Maybe she is great with womens. But with men she cleary dosen't have any experience. For sure it was my last time at Glamour.
