The manicure was good, unfortunately the rest wasn’t. I specifically booked with Tina because I read good reviews about her and she wasn’t there at all, someone else did my nails (very nice job) but still, maybe inform the customer upfront about changes like this. Also, I was told I was going to be charged extra for the old gel removal mid-way through it, you should tell the customer upfront about these things. Finally, what I booked also included a hand-mask and hand-cream, which I never got.
