The pedicurist didn't check my reservation and started the pedicure without asking what kind of service I had requested, so he started painting my nails without doing the pedicure process first.

The girl who did my nails was extremely rude. My nails look okay, but nothing special. I showed her a picture multiple times of how I wanted it and she proceeded to do it differently many times and I had to correct her. End result not what I wanted.
