Unfortunately a really negative experience this time. Due to multiple unforeseen circumstances i was a few minutes late for my appointment and was being yelled at and treated in a truly impolite way. i think we can all have a bad day but in a spa where we search for relaxation this is simply unacceptable in my view. my mood was ruined there and then and the massage itself wasn’t spectacular so i didn’t feel better. i just know for myself that i won’t go there anymore but invite anyone to try .
