Extremely rude personal. Unprofessional massage of poor quality. Not hygienic environment, no table disinfection prior to the treatment. Looks nice outside and completely horrible inside. Would not recommend and definitely not returning

First time here and I really enjoyed my experience with GlowWell! Very professional and the massage itself was wonderful- just what I needed. This is a spot I will happily return to and feel it was good value for money!

All,please BE ALERT! Specialist who was giving me massage WAS SICK (severe cough, blocked nose and heavy breathing).MANAGER was completely ignorant and rude towards my complaint, saying that the cough comes “because of the mask”(absolutely ridiculous!). Owner did not react to my complaint either. The massage table was not stirilized from the previous client and no towel (or anything else) was placed on the table itself. Our safety is not taken seriously there!Deeply concerned and shocked...
