Everyone at Glowwell is lovely, kind and experienced. I always enjoy myself and I recommend this place to all my friends. The only point that I would improve upon is that if I select someone to do my treatment, I dont know if that is the person I will in fact get, meaning that things can be a bit inconsistent over repeated visits. It would be great to know that if I book with someone specific, that is who I will get, and if she is unavailable, the option to rebook if I would prefer.

The massage was mostly good. Ambiance in the room left a lot to be desired and the towels felt a little damp.
