I've had neck / shoulder pain for a long while & have tried physio / dry needling / chiropractors but the relief they provided was limited. I booked a deep tissue massage in a desperate attempt to find some relief. The massage was amazing (painful, but the kind where I could tell it was beneficial). Usually I have pain from my neck all the way down to my elbow. After this massage I had increased mobility and far reduced pain! It's enabled me to exercise again. Great results.
