I always have a really pleasant experience. Staff is very helpful and considerate. I’ve gone there around 8 or 9 times and have never had any negative experiences. Especially for waxing I have really felt comfortable there no matter which one of the ladies is doing it. All in all super happy with everything.

The brow lady was not qualified: after multiple requests, she could not even make my brows look even... Not only was she incompetent, she was also not trying to cooperate with me. When I asked her once again to fix my brows, she exchanged a smirk with her colleague and rolled her eyes. Will never do my brows here again
