I love how efficient and detailed the Portuguese lady always is. She comforts me and is always happy. Though they stopped wearing masks and using screens.

The beautician was not wearing a mask. I was so perplexed when I noticed that I did not manage to say anything until I was on my way out and got the reply that "its too difficult" to wear a mask all day. Did not feel safe.
