My eyebrows were completely ruined. When I addressed a complaint, the specialist was screaming and aggressiely protesting. The treatment was not done professionally at all. Rude personell too.

Used to come to this place regularly / sadly won’t come back. First, the reception was super unwelcome and impolite. They made me pay for upper lip (which wasn’t done) so I ended up paying for eyebrow correction 10eu more than normally . The eyebrows were done uneven and too dark and only at home I saw some paint stains on my forehead and cheekbones. also had an elder gif reaction to paint which I never did. Very disappointing ...
