I wasn’t really heard. I wanted a specific look to my Brazilian but wasn’t given the opportunity to clarify before it was waved off! My waxer was lovely but not a extremely comfortable environment. For an hour and 20min session I would hope for a room with music or a window. Not bad, but could improve <3
