Great treatment again by Sari. She is sweet and attentive and gives good results, never makes me feel rushed. Go NKD generally has a very good wax team (Sarah, Melanie, Amanda are great too with their own styles & personalities, also Berta was great when she was on the team). I've only had a bad experience with Rosemary (1 time and never again with her - results ok but painful, she had no empathy even when I said Ow! And she was somehow judgmental and negative in conversation which made me feel bad). I do not know if she has improved these points because it was some months ago that I had a treatment with her, but I now prefer to call to make sure I do not go with Rosemary. Favourite was Sari, hope she comes back soon!
