I do love this place but the quality of the service depends on which beautician does your treatment. One girl has zero care for her work nor the fact she’s slathering molten hot wax on you. Paired with a terrible (no) technique, the result is super painful — she obviously doesn’t care and is rushing to finish you In 10 minutes. Many visible hairs were left behind. Treatment started 10 minute late as staff were chatting and eating crisps in their break room.
