Usually a satisfying service, but a really bad experience this time with the (new to the salon?) specialist. No attention to the detail (I still find hair here and there), she managed to rip off big part of a mole on my skin (which has been there since birth and for the last 15 years I am doing waxing, they always wax just around it) and didn't even take the time to look after it while it was bleeding. Had to insist to get a plaster over it.
Next time, I'll make sure to ask for the girl that has been waxing me usually (I think she is the owner), since this has been always one of the good salons in town.

Voor een volgende keer zou het fijn zijn, dat als je binnenkomt dat je begroet wordt. Ik heb twee x meegemaakt dat ik bij binnenkomst niet begroet werd door het personeel.
