I came to their shop with prepaid appointment with 37 degrees heat. And I lay there for 20 minutes with almost no clothes on and they told me the machine wasn’t working for laser as they didn’t check the machine before my appointment. After 40 minutes of waiting without offering me anything, They told me they would call me once the machine was working again so I could come back for the treatment without paying again. The problem is that I’m leaving the country in two days, and they couldn’t get
