Had a balayage done. As the toner was in my hair it was clipped to the top of my head where it stained my hair. Had a ginger patch on the back of my head for a few weeks before I could let a professional fix it. Other than that, the place is very inviting and the staff is nice. Also had a haircut there before and it was alright.
