Has helped me so much with my physical job issues, with the lifting and repetition struggles, with my reoccurring shoulder neck and back issues
It really helped my work related challenges, also with tight hip issues. 90min and booking every month (but really I wish it was 2 times a month) helped me so much with work related pain and to help me with much needed relaxation and pampering, so I can be strong to help loved ones and clients!

Finally!!! A real Deep Tissue Therapist has moved to town! Thorough intake, clear communicator, custom work to fit my needs, with perfectly gauged pressure. This is the massage of your life, with a side of physical therapy. Not to mention - amazing personality, and a total respectful art of appropriate draping (no breezes girls). I will be back, religiously, as this self care is not to be passed up;-)
