While I appreciate the fact that inspite of arriving late for the appointment, my appointment was honoured; however the end result was not as per my expectation. The blow dry left my haor a bit unruly, especially from the front.

My cut was okay - the appointment previous to mine was delayed quite a bit which gave me the impression my cut was rushed. Did not receive the massage I was so looking forward too! The cut was good, although I wanted to show some pictures Edward did not seem interested in seeing, the bangs weren’t exactly what I expected. Also did not receive a drink (water or tea). I heard good experiences from others though.
