I had paid upfront and informed about my hair length over phone and when Edward looked at my hair, he said it was long and would require 40 euros extra unless I trim it by an inch. I allowed him to do that but after the entire process, he still charged me 40 euros for extra product and 53 for trimming. Don't be fooled by the end result at the salon because the hair still has the neutralizer. After 2 days, when I washed my hair, the result was very poor compared to my past experiences straightening
