Chuen is by far one of the most customer-centric person I’ve ever met. A lot of companies could learn from him. He is so attentive and always wants to make sure the customer is happy. This is truly remarkable and very unique in Amsterdam. As usual, the whole experience was really nice. Kimberly washed my hair and the head massage is like being on cloud 7. Chuen made sure he guided me through every step of the process and gave me nice cut.
