I came in sad with a too short and too dark hairdo done by a different salon the week prior. I explained to Pasquale what I would like and he helped me find a fitting colour and the technique balayage over highlights. He agreed that the layers were way too short for my hair but with the blow-dry and my new, closer to my natural hair, color it looks better. I am very happy with the costumer service. Very patient and friendly and excited to help me forget the bad hairdo by giving me ME back! :)
