Hair color not even, they colored the root part that is closest to my sculp at the very first, which make the root way brighter than the hair further away from the sculp, because the temperature close to sculp is higher so the hair will get colored faster. This is such a basic problem to avoid that every hair stylist should be aware of but obviously not here. And the hair stylist can hardly be communicated in English, it took forever just to let him understand what color do I want.
