Stressful, unrelaxing: screaming baby in the salon for the duration of my treatment. If it was a one-off (staff member's baby?) they could have let me know and I'd have brought ear plugs or changed my appointment time. If it's salon policy to have kids running around I'd rather know so I can book elsewhere. Bizarre to sit with a kid screaming on-and-off for 2 hours (understandable given the chemicals it's breathing in) while staff seemed to think it was fine for customers and the child 🤷🏻‍
