Perhaps because they are not used to handeling my hair (loose wavy, latin) but the blow out was not bouncy or stylised. I asked for volume and that is cenrtainly what i got, but it was crusty and dry from all the hairspray and there were no bouncy waves/curls. Was nearly completely straight :( I was in a rush so i had to leave it like that.
