Very disappointing and unprofessional. I prepaid €240 via Treatwell and showed clear photos (chocolate brown highlights), but the result was much blonder. An Olaplex treatment was suggested with no price mentioned—I expected some extra cost (~€70-100), not €290. When I questioned the total (€530), Eda became aggressive and dismissive. I left with wet hair, feeling extremely uncomfortable. Overpriced, poor communication, and not the result I asked for. Would not recommend.
