I made an appointment for 11:00 for a wash and cut, but at 11:15 I was still waiting. I noticed when I cam into the salon that the stylist (there was only one working) was talking to a customer, who had come in just before me, and was obviously a walk-in. When I asked the manager why I was left waiting since I had made the appointment the day before all she could say was sorry. I cannot review the hair cut as I did not have it as left, but the service was really unacceptable. Don't go there.
Vriendelijke ontvangst. Behandeling was goed. De behandelkamer is klein.
