I received this treatment because the way my hair was painted was a lot lighter then what I requested and expected. Nevertheless, the staff of the salon gave me assurance that they will solve the issue for me and that was surely done. I felt comfortable enough to express any concerns and they really listened to me and made me leave with a smile on my face. Thank you for the service.

I did not get the color I wanted and I also have a lot of bald spots on my head now. Half of my hair is gone. I did not ask for this light of a color. Asked for light brown dark blonde hair got grey hair instead. Put darkest hair dye on my bleached hair and put even more bleach above the dark hair. Let the hair dye sit for too long to the point my hair got gray and white. My scalp burned a lot and I have wounds on my head.

Ik vond het een top ik kwam er voor de eerste keer maar zulke vriendelijke mensen , en hielpen goed bij de keuze van mijn haar. Top salon hier blijf ik zeker komen.

Knippen, wassen, föhnen Ik kreeg laagjes en heb daar niet om gevraagd. De ene kant is korter dan de andere kant. Veel meer der af dan nodig.
