Sen is a professional. My nondescript short cut was turned into a lovely short bob with a lot of patience and very little, almost none, lenght lost. Anyone with short, thin and straight hair knows how valuable that is. Sen also has a way of sharing her knowledge and advice without that attitude of knowing better than the customer. I am definitely going back to her.
