Very bad experience. Had beautiful long hair. Hairdresser didn't communicate. Wanted it cut approximately on my shoulders, ended up with a badly cut pixie cut. Cried when coming home. Also paid for colouring (have blond hair, wanted it coloured brown), did not see any difference afterwards. Furthermore the hairdresser kept cutting and washing other clients (who were also displeased with their treatment). I sat in a chair waiting with wet hair for over an hour... Absolutely do NOT recommend!
