Paid for a cut wash and blowdry, got a dry cut, it was wonky and I had to fix it when I got home. The haircut is fine but I paid for a service I did not receive.

The salon was clean and welcoming. The appointment was fast & efficient and my eyebrows look good. Plus, Julia was friendly and approachable.

Took a friend to get his haircut and Julia spent a lot of time with him to make sure it was exactly what he wanted. he said he never had felt so taken care of before when getting his haircut at a barbers. So much special effort, that I know he will be asking to return soon

De salon is erg fijn schoon en de vrouwelijke collega’s zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en servicegericht. SEDAT doet zijn werk technisch goed, maar zijn manier van communiceren voelde helaas niet vriendelijk of respectvol. Als hij daar wat aandacht aan zou besteden, zou het de ervaring echt helemaal compleet maken.
