I wanted balayage but they bleached my hair, it took 7 hours... I also asked for face framing, but they dyed everything except for my bangs... Also there was a lot of miscommunication because the hairdresser did not speak dutch or english. It was not a nice experience

I paid 75 euros for eyelashes hair by hair and it was a very bad experience. The eyelashes were bad, ugly, and looked very ugly and unnatural and were too long. Even though I assured the manager there that I wanted them to look very natural, he told the employee performing the service, and she still did it against my wishes. I felt very bad and went home to remove them with my own hands despite the pain I felt.
