Chris is great, he gets people - no fuss no drama and thinks with you for your hair. He's thorough and talks through what different cuts would mean, educating with empathy. My hair has been lacking shape for such a long time as it's really a lot of hair, he's made it feel light and manageable again and listened to me and thought with me.
