I am really saddened by the results of the balayage service I received here. I was hoping for a soft, natural blend, but unfortunately, the color turned out quite uneven and patchy, with very noticeable brassy orange tones. The process also left my hair feeling quite dry and damaged. I am truly heartbroken because this wasn't the professional experience I expected, and now I have to find a way to get it safely corrected

My two sons and I got a haircut. When I wanted to pay I found out that my card wasn't working and my phone had no battery. Liz patiently waited till ma mobile had enough power to pay. Haircut was great as well.
