2nd time, very nice, friendly, polite, great atmosphere. But needed to wait for quite a bit this time, and the cut was not what I had in mind.... sides way too short, was quite unhappy afterwards. Partly my fault, because I explained myself insufficiently, hoping for a simple repetition of the cut from the previous visit. But then the sides were super short and once the hair if off, it's off... quite unhappy.

The best impression left the girls, they are really nice and polite. Too bad I didn't get the result that I was expecting. The girls listened to mu request and looked at the pictures that I have shown, but at the end it was just another mild balayage and since I already had some, it doesn't really show any difference. It looks good, my hair is not ruined or anything, but although it sounded they understood me, and I was willing to do and pay for more than just balayage, at the end wasn't what I wanted. Maybe if they explained what they would do or also gave me some advice, we could get to a better solution. I would recommend this salon and the girls anyways, with an advice to discuss the request in details.
