Probably the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I tried my best to communicate what I wanted and what I didn't like but was fully ignored. Resulted in really un-even layers and awkward looking curtain bangs.
I really don't get how this place can be rated so highly, I was so disappointed and went straight home to wash my hair and style it myself. Now I need to organise a consultation somewhere else so it can be fixed. It was also way shorter than I asked for.

Rough handling, bad cut, no communication, face mask not worn over nose. Need to get it fixed elsewhere. Don’t go here. Unpleasant.
