I asked to have it cut around 3 fingers and I left with my hair like a boy. In the salon, when I told her I was not happy with the result she turned passive aggressive and defensive instead of helping me understand how we could make it better. Disappointing experience, now it’s so short I can even correct it. Even my boyfriend who doesn’t understand a thing about hair was shocked how bad this cut was. I wish I could have my money and my hair back but now I will just have to go through months of low self-esteem and hope it grow fast. Already looking for another salon to see if they can fix it but feeling very hopeless
