Ik ben goed geknipt en kreeg na de knipbeurt ook persoonlijk advies over specifieke verzorging die ik nodig heb. Ik vond dat Heda een mooi resultaat leverde maar haar communicatie was nogal direct en soms wat onbeleefd (commentaar mijn haar type).

I do not recommend Eleonóra, and I will not come back. I have curly hair, and I asked for layers. I left with hair wet to style and diffuse at home, so I couldn't see the end result right away. Turns out left and right side of my head didn't have the same lenght and shape (I have consistent curl pattern) . The salon was good to offer to come again to fix it, but no one ever apologized for the inconvenience or offer any compensation (I don't live in Amsterdam and I told them).
