Here’s a polished rephrasing of your review: Jeff was great to communicate with. I was making a big change by going from very long hair to a much shorter style, so I was quite nervous at first. However, Jeff immediately put me at ease, listened to what I wanted, and delivered an excellent haircut. It turned out exactly as my husband and I had envisioned. I’m extremely happy with the result!
