One of the WORST haircuts and experiences of my life. She basically washed and cut my hair within 15 min with interruptions and because I had not booked a blowdry (because I did not want to straighten it), she did not dry my hair. Her other appointment was there exactly 15 min after mine even though in treatwell it says 30min for the haircut but I felt I was thrown out. She left me go out with (6C outside) with wet hair. The cut was terrible and uneven so this was 55 euros in the bin for me.
